Taking its name from the estate’s historical Prussian/Polish roots, Bąbelki represents a playful yet refined style of sparkling wine. The Brut Rosé displays a soft, salmon-pink hue with an elegant maturity. On the nose, it delivers fresh green apples, rich yeastiness, subtle floral notes, and a hint of almonds. The Blanc de Blancs variant offers bright bubbles with clean aromas of yellow apples, honeydew melon, lemon curd, and a beautifully balanced, creamy acidity. Notably, the bottles feature Braille on the label, and a portion of all Bąbelki sales directly supports the local Institute for the Blind
