The palate is full, fresh and mouth-watering with a well-balanced acidity

Back Story & Wine Information

Spier is one of the oldest wine farms in South Africa, with a recorded history dating back to 1692. The first vines were planted in the 1700’s and are believed to have been Chenin Blanc.

Lively and refreshing, this is immensely appealing, whether as an apéritif or served with seafood, vegetable or lighter chicken dishes.
