More Information - Leeuwenkuil Shiraz

Sourced from dryland-farmed vineyards in the Swartland, this 100% Shiraz/Syrah embraces the Mediterranean climate of the Cape. To capture optimal fruit expression and purity, the winemaking team skips oak aging or fermentation completely, relying instead on stainless steel. Deep garnet or crimson-edged hues introduce opulent red and black fruit aromas, layered with signature regional fynbos herbs, thyme, cloves, and white pepper, finishing with a smooth and rewarding middle palate.
