Back Story & Wine Information
From the world-renowned Helderberg region of Stellenbosch comes an award-winning range of wines named after South African golf legend, Ernie Els, and skillfully crafted by winemaking legend, Louis Strydom.
Pairing
pairs well with rich, fatty, and flavorful foods like a rare sirloin steak, slow-braised meats, or hearty dishes with bold sauces.
Given the wine's balance of dark fruit, spice, and a lighter finish from the Cinsault, it also works with grilled beef and dishes featuring red and black berries or salted liquorice.
