Kanu Shiraz

Medium bodied with youthful ripe cherry coloured rim. A layered nose of spice, liquorice, Karoo herbal scrub and hints of white pepper. Nuances of sweet black berries and vanillin’s from oak barrels adds to the wine’s complexity. Almost sweet entry onto palate immediately replaced by savoury notes with spice and white pepper also vying for attention. Elegant tannins with a vibrant acidity earmarks this wine. The finish is long and evoking.
